Order Cancellation:

• You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds:

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.

• You must inform us within 2 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

• After review, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

No Returns Accepted For:

• Customized or personalized products

• Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
